Advocacy is about making sure participants are treated fairly, their needs are properly understood, and decisions are made using accurate information and evidence.

The NDIS can be confusing at the best of times. At Supported Coordination, we will talk to your Local Area Coordinator to give you a better understanding of the process step by step. When it comes to dealing with the confusion of the review process or looking at tribunal reviews our team is here to help you understand the process to achieve a better outcome
It is hard when information is coming from numerous sources. We streamline information into relevant steps to help you achieve the best outcome.
Are you unsure where to begin? We can help to start the process and get you moving in the right direction towards a streamlined outcome.

Supported Coordination & advocacy services was founded in 2024 by Krystyna Aggett as an extension of her in home support service. Krystyna saw a need within the community to provide guidance and services to families navigating the NDIS on behalf of their adult children who are new to the concept of formal supports.

We provide level 1 & 2 support coordination as well as disability advocacy services to assist participants who are finding it difficult to access the right services and use their plan funds in a way that is sustainable for the life of the plan. We provide experience and expertise in understanding the review and appeals process.

We partner with local businesses and various registered and independent providers to assist you with implementing the right support for your child or family member.

We specialise in providing support for families of adults with disabilities and new applicants transitioning from informal supports to NDIS funded formal supports. Many adults with disabilities are supported by family and friends in the home and have not looked at long term options. We provide support to better understand this process.
We prefer to meet to discuss your support needs in person, please contact us to set up a time.
