Support coordination & specialist support to better understand and navigate the NDIS network

WHO ARE WE?

At Supported Coordination & Advocacy Services, we are passionate about empowering people living with disability to exercise choice, control, independence, and dignity in every aspect of their lives.

We provide personalised NDIS Support Coordination and advocacy services designed to help participants navigate the comple

WHAT CAN AN ADVOCATE DO?

An NDIS advocate helps participants, families and carers understand their rights, speak up about concerns and navigate the NDIS system with confidence.

At Supported Coordination & Advocacy, we understand how overwhelming the NDIS process can feel — especially when plans don’t reflect real support needs, communication breaks down, or participants feel they are not being heard.

An advocate can help by:

  • explaining NDIS decisions and letters in simple language;
  • helping prepare for plan meetings and reassessments;
  • assisting with change of circumstances requests;
  • helping gather reports and evidence;
  • identifying gaps in supports and funding;
  • assisting with internal reviews and appeals;
  • attending meetings alongside participants and families;
  • communicating with the NDIA, LACs and providers;
  • helping participants understand their rights under the NDIS;
  • supporting participants to have their voice heard;
  • and helping families navigate complex situations and systems.

Advocacy is about making sure participants are treated fairly, their needs are properly understood, and decisions are made using accurate information and evidence.

We take a practical, supportive and participant-focused approach, working alongside individuals and families to help them navigate challenges, access supports and build long-term stability and independence.

Our History

Specialised Services

Our Services

Supported Coordination & advocacy services was founded in 2024 by Krystyna Aggett as an extension of her in home support service. Krystyna saw a need within the community to provide guidance and services to families navigating the NDIS on behalf of their adult children who are new to the concept of formal supports.

Specialised Services

We specialise in providing support for families of adults with disabilities and new applicants transitioning from informal supports to NDIS funded formal supports. Many adults with disabilities are supported by family and friends in the home and have not looked at long term options. We provide support to better understand this process.
