Krystyna Aggett, founder and director of Supported Coordination, has extensive experience in the disability sector through her work as a support worker and nurse. She has been involved in the disability care and support community for over 15 years.
For the last 3 years Krystyna has successfully owned and operated an in home and community support service with a small team of staff and provides a premium level of care with a focus on participant development that aligns with their plan goals.
Krystyna has a background in contract law, and has a wealth of knowledge in relation to process and implementation of policy which has allowed her to provide in depth assistance to her clients in understanding and navigating the NDIS.
In addition to her legal background, she has qualifications in individual support, and previous to these roles was contracted to various agencies as a private investigator.
On a personal level, Krystyna has grown up with ongoing exposure to persons with disabilities through immediate family members. Advocacy and assisting people living with disability have always been important aspects in her life.
As a neurodiverse person herself, Krystyna has a unique and in depth understanding of the complexity of both the NDIS process and how these processes apply to individuals.
Since our founding, Supported Coordination has impacted the lives of countless families in our community. From providing childcare to helping families access healthcare, we have and continue to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
