At Supported Coordination we believe every person has the right to be heard, respected, and properly supported within the NDIS system.
We provide specialist Support Coordination and advocacy services for participants and families navigating complex NDIS matters, service barriers, funding challenges, and plan review processes. Our mission is to empower participants to exercise genuine choice and control while ensuring their rights, goals, and individual needs remain at the centre of every decision.
We understand that many participants and families feel overwhelmed when dealing with the NDIS, especially when supports are denied, plans do not reflect a participant’s actual needs, or systems become difficult to navigate. Our role is to stand beside participants as a strong, informed, and compassionate support throughout that process.
Our team has extensive experience supporting people with complex disabilities, psychosocial conditions, intellectual disabilities, justice-system involvement, mental health challenges, and high-risk support environments. We work closely with participants, nominees, families, providers, and government agencies to help ensure participants receive fair access to the supports they need to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
